For more than two decades, I have supported leaders, teams, and organizations across the Middle East and beyond. The settings have varied—executive assessment, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, facilitated dialogue, and advisory work—but one question keeps returning:

What conditions are shaping the judgment we are seeing here?

That question became the foundation of Enable My Growth: a founder-led philosophy and practice for examining context, evidence, assumptions, and conditions before reaching consequential conclusions.

Organizations explain performance through personality. Leaders explain hesitation through motivation. Teams explain disagreement through resistance. These explanations may contain truth, yet they can also close inquiry before the conditions have been examined.

My role is to create enough structure and space for a better question to emerge—and then help the people responsible make a decision they can genuinely own.

The form follows the context. I may work as an advisor, assessor, facilitator, development partner, or speaker—and often combine those modes deliberately. What remains constant is a respect for professional judgment, disciplined inquiry, and the human responsibility at the center of every consequential choice.
