Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit enablemygrowth.com, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.

1. Who is responsible for this site

This website is operated by Feras Banna, trading as Enable My Growth, based in Beirut, Lebanon. You can contact me at feras@enablemygrowth.com.

2. What information is collected

This site collects information in two ways:

Information you provide directly — when you submit the contact form or sign up for the newsletter, you provide your name, email address, organisation, role, and message. This information is processed by Formspree (formspree.io) and delivered to me by email. I do not store it in any database.

Information collected automatically — when you visit the site, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on page, approximate location (country/region), device type, and browser. This data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. IP addresses are anonymised.

3. How your information is used

Information you submit is used only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Send you the newsletter if you subscribed
• Notify you about events or publications you expressed interest in

Your information is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than the above.

4. Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to distinguish visitors and collect usage data. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to record anonymised session data and generate heatmaps. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can opt out of Microsoft Clarity via your browser's privacy settings or by disabling JavaScript.

5. Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Formspree — contact and newsletter form processing (formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy)
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmaps (privacy.microsoft.com)
• Google Fonts — typography (fonts.google.com)

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data I hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
• Object to processing of your personal data

7. Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained in my inbox for as long as necessary to respond and maintain a record of the conversation. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics 4 (the default minimum).

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
