Terms of Engagement

These terms govern executive advisory consultations, workshops, speaking engagements, and collaborative platform engagements undertaken with Feras Banna and Enable My Growth.

1. Nature of Advisory Practice

Enable My Growth provides founder-led strategic perspective, decision facilitation, and capability development. All advisory sessions and workshops are designed to clarify context, examine assumptions, and strengthen organizational discernment.

2. Mutual Confidentiality

Deliberations, proprietary corporate materials, strategic contexts, and candidate models shared during advisory consultations and executive workshops are held in strict professional confidence. Specific formal NDAs are executed prior to deep-dive organizational diagnostics when requested.

3. Intellectual Property & Frameworks

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written master services agreement, proprietary frameworks (including CapabilityOS™, AI Thinking Studio™, Contextual™, Phys-Valid™, and associated publications) remain the intellectual property of Feras Banna / Enable My Growth. Client deliverables, tailored syntheses, and commissioned reports are licensed for internal organizational use.

4. Responsibility & Judgment

Enable My Growth assists decision-makers by structuring inquiries and challenging consensus. Ultimate executive, financial, operational, and organizational choices remain the sole responsibility and judgment of client leadership.
