Context before content
The design begins with the organization, audience, and situations participants actually face.
Workshops & Facilitation
I design and facilitate leadership and professional-development experiences across the GCC and MENA. Every program is shaped by the audience, organizational context, and outcomes that matter—not delivered as a generic, off-the-shelf course.
How the Learning Is Designed
The most valuable learning experiences help people reconsider what they see, strengthen how they think, and apply that shift to the situations they are responsible for.
The design begins with the organization, audience, and situations participants actually face.
Concepts are connected to real decisions, relationships, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
Participants are invited to examine assumptions and consider alternatives—not simply absorb prescribed answers.
Activities, reflection, and follow-through help the learning survive beyond the workshop.
Workshop Capabilities
Topics are selected and adapted according to audience seniority, organizational priorities, and the situations in which participants need to perform.

Hogan Practitioner Development
In addition to integrating Hogan insights into leadership development, I deliver three dedicated practitioner workshops covering certification, advanced interpretation, and advanced feedback.
A structured certification experience that develops the knowledge and practical foundation required to interpret and apply Hogan assessment results responsibly.
A deeper examination of how assessment scales interact, how patterns should be interpreted, and how context changes the meaning and relevance of a profile.
Developing the judgment and conversational skill required to translate assessment evidence into constructive, balanced, and development-focused feedback.
Delivery Formats
Duration, sequence, and delivery method are determined after understanding the audience, desired outcome, and environment in which the learning must be applied.
Focused programs adapted to organizational priorities and participant needs.
Multi-stage experiences combining workshops, application, reflection, and follow-through.
Facilitated sessions focused on leadership priorities, alignment, decisions, and team effectiveness.
Open-enrolment learning for professionals from different organizations and sectors.
Delivery within the frameworks and client relationships of training, consulting, and assessment partners.
In-person, virtual, and blended formats designed around access, participation, and application.
Selected Experience
The organizations below provide a representative view of the environments in which I have worked.
Begin with the Outcome
Tell me about the audience, the situations they are navigating, and what better performance would make possible. From there, we can shape the right learning experience.
